Notice of upcoming changes for Commissioner's meetings and agenda
The Graham County Commissioners will meet every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Graham County Commissioner’s room located at 410 N Pomeroy Ave, unless otherwise specified. The Commissioner meeting will be live streamed on the YouTube channel and will remain on the YouTube platform for open viewing. Information on the YouTube channel can be obtained by contacting the Graham County Clerk’s office.
Each week, there will be an agenda published to the public timely and will be followed. Each person requesting time on the agenda will be allotted 5 minutes unless otherwise requested to alleviate from unused time. The deadline to get on the agenda for the following Tuesday will be the Friday by noon (12:00 p.m.). If someone calls after the deadline to be put on the agenda, that person will be on the following Tuesday agenda unless it cannot wait. Agenda will be published each Friday by 5:00 p.m. on the Graham County website and the Graham County Clerk Facebook page for public viewing prior to the meetings. The agenda will also be emailed to the Graham County Commissioners by said deadline to ensure they have time to review it.
Each Tuesday, after each Graham County Commissioner meeting, the previous weeks approved minutes will be posted on the Graham County website along with the Graham County Clerk Facebook page for public viewing.
If the need arises for a change in a Graham County Commissioner meeting (i.e.. Time, date, etc.), this information will be posted on the Graham County website along with the Graham County Clerk Facebook page to relay information as timely as possible to the Community.
