The Graham County Health Department, 225 N Pomeroy, Hill City, offers a wide range of services to Graham County residents in an attempt to improve the quality of life through community health nursing.
The purpose of the health department is to provide Graham County residents with comprehensive, cost-effective, quality community health service. These services include Immunizations, Flu vaccinations, lab draws, and WIC services.
The professional staff includes a Physician Consultant, Michelle Billips, RN/Admininstrator, Kelly Hamel, RN Assistant Health Nurse, and Barb Eckols, Healthy Start Home Visitor.
In an effort to better serve Graham County, clinics are operated at times in various locations offering a variety of professional services. The Health Department offers a Lab Day every Thursday of the month, which includes discounted lab work.
Confidentiality is a key to Graham County Health Department's operational practice, including both medical and financial information.
The Graham County Health Department will provide necessary preventive Health Services to all Graham County residents regardless of race, religion, sex, or legal status.
